Ownership Options
5-Person Group — 10 Weeks/Year
Five owners share the property. Each owner receives 10 weeks per year in five 2-week blocks. Ideal for those who want more time at the beach or are purchasing a premium property.
10-Person Group — 5 Weeks/Year
Ten owners share the property. Each owner receives 5 weeks per year: two 2-week blocks + one 1-week block. A more affordable entry point into beachfront ownership.
Ownership percentage is commensurate with vacation weeks allotted per share.
Your Weeks, Your Way
- Use them — cleaning fee only, no commission
- Rent them — we manage rentals for a 20% fee
